How soon will I receive my ordered items?
All orders are processed as quickly as possible and sent by Swiss Post. Usually the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
I would like to change my password
In "My Account" you can select the category "Account details". Subsequently, the existing password can be overwritten in the form and a new one can be saved.
I would like to adjust my pending order, how should I proceed?

How do I get information about my order?
All information about your orders can be found directly in "My Account" under the item "Orders". There you can see current as well as completed orders. If you have any questions, we are happy to help!
I have an open credit, how can I use this?
You can easily use open credits on your next order with your coupon code as a form of payment. Do you prefer a payout? No problem! Send us an email with your account details or just call us.
